Strategic Partnerships

Build more than an event. Help build a destination.

TheBank is a mixed-use Market, Culture & Event Campus where community, business, entertainment, media, and regulated cannabis experiences each have their place.

We create long-term partnerships that connect organizations with audiences across the campus, throughout the year, and beyond event day.

One CampusYear-Round Visibility

Live events, community markets, signature experiences, digital media, public access programming, and brand activations working together.

A Different Kind of Partnership

Your brand becomes part of the experience.

Traditional advertising appears for a moment. A strategic partnership creates repeated, meaningful contact through programs people attend, share, watch, and remember.

Campus Presence

Connect through signage, activations, markets, hospitality, programming, and selected naming opportunities across the property.

Event Integration

Build visibility through weekly entertainment, signature festivals, community gatherings, vendor markets, and custom experiences.

Media Reach

Extend the partnership through Cruces Public Access, STNR.TV, livestreams, social campaigns, interviews, recaps, and original content.

One Campus, Multiple Audiences

Cannabis and non-cannabis opportunities, thoughtfully placed.

TheBank serves the broader community while also supporting legal, age-restricted cannabis retail, industry, media, and consumption experiences in the appropriate areas.

A regional bank, hotel, restaurant, healthcare organization, or local business can support public programming. A cannabis brand, cultivator, manufacturer, dispensary, or ancillary company can build an industry-focused campaign. Some partners may connect with both sides of the campus.

Where the Investment Goes

Building the experience requires real infrastructure.

A safe, professional event campus is built with more than a stage and a logo.

Partnership investment helps strengthen fencing and crowd control, sound, lighting, electrical distribution, event staffing, security, insurance, marketing, production equipment, visitor services, artist support, and campus improvements.

Temporary event fencing alone can approach $7,000 to purchase. Larger productions add substantial sound, lighting, operations, and safety costs before stage construction is considered.

Five-Year Stage Vision

A practical path from community stage to destination production.

Our phased plan begins with dependable structure and essential production, then grows sound, lighting, visuals, staffing, and capacity as audience demand increases.

Strategic partners can support individual phases, equipment categories, event series, media production, or qualifying naming opportunities.
